Terms & Conditions


Shipment fees: Subject to address of shipment required. The amounts of shipment fees will appear clearly in checkout process before enter payment card details. Rose & Jade makes no profit out of it and the shipping cost charged of each online order is supposed to compensate for the real cost of shipment and delivery. 

Orders will be delivered directly to the door of the end customer.

All prices of the items are duty free. Some countries may be subject to additional charges (duties, taxes) upon reception depending upon the legislation of their country. Rose & Jade is not responsible for any duties or taxes. 



Returns or exchanges must be made within 20 days from the ordering date. Any returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted. 

Shipping return fees are at the charge of the client, except if Rose & Jade is responsible for the reason of return (i.e. wrong model, wrong color). In this case, please contact us at info@rosenjade.com and we will see with you the conditions of payment.

All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with tag attached

The seal must be intact. All shoes and accessories are subject to inspection.

Some items such as towels, bags or jewelry are non-returnable.

Exchanges will be delivered within 7 working days from when the item is received.

If an exchange is not available, Rose & Jade will automatically issue a refund.

All non-returnable items will be sent back to the order shipping address upon receipt by our team and no refund will be processed. 



Credit card or debit card.

You can enter your payment details at the time that you place your order using a valid credit or debit card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express). The customer expressly acknowledges that disclosure of their bankcard number to Rose & Jade gives the company authorization to debit their account to the amount of the products ordered. Rose & Jade reserves the right to check the validity of the credit or debit card, its credit status in relation to the order value and whether the address data of the purchaser is correct. We may refuse orders depending on the result of these checks.
