Shipping & Returns
Rose & Jade currently ship to Hong Kong, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Philippines, Indonesia and more. The cost depends on the location. Shipping fees are at charge of the client. Taxes may be added according to the delivery address upon the legislation of the country.

Returns or exchanges must be made within 14 days from the ordering date. Any returns outside these timeframes will not be accepted.
1. Log in to your account.
2. Go to the “View Order” section in My Account.
3. Click on “Create Exchange/ Return”, select the command and the items you want to return.
If you decide to return an article, please ensure that it is in perfect condition, otherwise the return will not be accepted by Rose & Jade: clean, unworn, unwashed, tag still on the article and seal intact
1. Pack the item in original package with the filled return form and sealed it in a mailer bag.
2. Go to your closest SF Express Store to return your order / Call SF Express for pick up service.
• Free of cost for the customer. We, receiver will pay at the delivery.
3. Give the parcel to courier and collect the receipt.
4. Receive an email from us once your return being processed at our warehouse.

Once we receive the items returned, Rose & Jade will refund you proceed to the exchange, according to your initial choice. In case of exchange, Rose & Jade will pay the shipping cost to send you the new article. If the exchange is not available anymore Rose & Jade will automatically refund you.
